Photo policies

Arrive 15 minutes early to get comfortable and use our dressing room. You don’t need to know how to pose. That’s our job. Our photographers guide you through posing, movement, and expressions while bringing your vision to life.

Your proof gallery arrives within 48 hours along with access to your session portal, where you’ll select favorites, choose turnaround, and explore upgrades at your own pace.

• All bookings are subject to approval and confirmed via email.
• All payments are non-refundable. Photography is a service-based business; SobaGrad does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Your payment secures the time, preparation, and expertise required to deliver your session, regardless of image selection.
• A non-refundable 50% deposit secures your session. At booking we place a hold on your card for that amount and charge it once we confirm your session. If we cannot confirm, the hold is released and you are never charged.
• Studio sessions: the remaining balance is due at checkout immediately following your session.
• Outdoor sessions: you’ll receive an invoice at the end of your session, due by the end of that same day.
• By booking, you authorize SobaGrad to charge the remaining balance to the card on file if it is not paid as described above.
• Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees, withheld image delivery, or referral to a third-party collections service.
• Final payments are processed through PayPal, which applies a 3.8% processing fee added to your final invoice.

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session forfeit full payment.
• You can move your session yourself, free, up to 72 hours before it starts.
• Inside 72 hours, moving it is a $100 rescheduling fee charged to the card on file.
• Within 24 hours of your session we handle changes with you directly. Call or text the studio.
• In an emergency, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

• Proofs sent within 1–3 business days after the session.
• Classic sessions: final retouched images delivered 5 to 10 business days after proof selection.
• Premium and Signature sessions include 4 day priority delivery.
• 2 day rush delivery is available on any session for an additional fee.

• Proofs are delivered through the Image Selection Portal, where you choose your final edits.
• Proofs are watermarked for quality control. Unwatermarked proofs may be purchased for $100 after your final images are delivered.
• Additional retouched images can be purchased separately.
• Raw or unedited images are not provided, as they do not reflect the final quality and standards of our work.

• Arrive on time. The studio is booked in specific time slots, and late arrivals may shorten your session without refund.
• Clients are responsible for keeping the space tidy. Damage to equipment or props will be charged accordingly.
• Up to five (5) guests are welcome, but they must remain respectful and not disrupt the shoot. Disruptive behavior may end the session early without refund. Recording certain parts of the session is not permitted, to protect the creative process.
• Studio sessions can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid rescheduling fees. This is a stricter exception to the general 48-hour rule.

• Arrive 10 minutes before your session start time.
• If inclement weather occurs, sessions are rescheduled at no additional cost.

We do not photograph nudity, boudoir, lingerie, or implied nude work of any kind. This applies in the studio and on location, for every session type and every age.

If a request falls outside what we photograph, we tell you and refund your deposit in full. Nothing is charged for a session we cannot shoot.

A photographer may end a session, without refund of the session fee, if the direction moves toward content covered by this policy after the shoot has started.

Clients may purchase unedited images, but we strongly encourage sharing only the final, professionally edited photos. Unedited proofs don’t reflect the standards we hold in our work.

SobaGrad retains full copyright of all images. Clients are free to print for personal use, and we strongly recommend our printing portal for color accuracy and professional finish.

By booking, you grant SobaGrad permission to feature photographs from your session in our portfolio, website, and marketing. If you’d prefer not to be featured, email info@sobagrad.com any time and we’ll exclude your photos.

Third-party printing is allowed, but SobaGrad is not responsible for variations in color, quality, or cropping outside our system. Through our portal you receive calibrated color and quality control matched to the original edits, premium options including framed portraits, canvases, and albums, and guaranteed satisfaction.

• Account for personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
